Kent RO Bhubaneswar operates as an independent service and repair specialist delivering doorstep water purifier diagnostics, filter replacements, membrane installation, descaling, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) across Bhubaneswar and surrounding regions of Khordha.
2. Doorstep Inspection & Quotes
Our technician inspects your machine upon arrival and provides an itemized cost estimate before beginning any repair work. No spare parts are replaced without prior customer approval.
3. Workmanship & Spare Parts Warranty
All replacement spare parts (RO membranes, booster pumps, SMPS units, and solenoid valves) supplied by us carry specific manufacturer warranties. In addition, we provide a 30-day workmanship warranty on repair labor.
4. Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) Policy
AMC contracts are valid for exactly 365 calendar days from the date of activation. Scheduled preventive maintenance visits and unlimited breakdown visits are provided under the chosen plan tier (Basic, Comprehensive, or Total Cover).
